To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.<\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e984-e75 mrc-d mrc-e\">If the dispute cannot be settled after 60 days of negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration.<\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e984-e76 mrc-d mrc-e\">If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
